The entire warehouse area is about 400 square meters and adopts mobile racking system solution. Firstly, the mobile racking rails are laid, and one column static racking and 8 columns mobile racking are arranged in the rail area. The area near the wall is limited to control the range of the mobile racking. The mobile racking can move in a single column movement or in multi column movement, and the overall racking movement speed remains consistent.
The mobile racking has 5 layers for storing goods, with a lifting rate of over 100% compared to traditional heavy-duty racking methods. Each layer is designed to carry 1.5 tons, regardless of whether it is full or empty. The stable design of the mobile racking system ensures consistent, stable, and safe movement speed.
The mobile racking system is equipped with a comprehensive safety sensing system. When the racks are moving, if someone or a forklift enters the racks, the system will automatically stop to ensure safety.Botro mobile racking adopt three control modes: touchscreen mode, remote mode, and manual mod, remote control mode is the main operating method, and workers can open the corresponding aisle on the forklift through the remote control mode, which is fast and convenient.
Botro mobile racking adopt professional parallel design principles for complex warehouse terrain. If the building columns in the warehouse are on the path of the mobile racks, the system will automatically control the internal and external mobile racks to run parallel, allowing the racks to pass through the middle of the building columns. This design ensures that the mobile racks are not affected by terrain factors and maximizes warehouse utilization.
