Description
Pallet Shuttle Rack is a racking system consisting of racks, radio shuttles and forklifts. It greatly improves the utilization of warehouse space and increases the utilization rate of traditional storage racking from 40% to 80%. The access efficiency is 2-3 times higher than the conventional rack. In addition, shuttle racks can meet different storage needs.

The storage space of pallet shuttle rack is twice of normal racks. In a warehouse of the same area, the storage volume of conventional rack is around 34%, while the storage volume of shuttle rack can be as high as 75%.

Conventional pallet racks can only follow a single access method like FIFO or FILO, but shuttle racks can achieve both access methods and is therefore more suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries with high access requirements.

Compared with ordinary racks, forklifts do not need to enter the racks to store goods, and one worker can operate multiple shuttles at the same time, which greatly reduces the waiting time for operations and greatly improves work efficiency.

The shuttle rack structure is very stable. In addition, the radio shuttle accesses the goods inside the racks and the forklift truck only needs to be operated from the outside, avoiding collisions between forklifts on the racks and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
