This project is a push back rack in cooperation with Starbucks Coffee, one of the world's top 500 companies, for material turnover warehouses.
As a derivative design of conventional pallet racking, push-back racks not only follow the load-bearing characteristics of heavy-duty pallet racks but also meet the needs of high-density and low-space storage. The working principle is that the front and rear beams are overlapped by a multi-story trolley with rollers under the trolley.
When storing goods, the forklift truck places the goods on the uppermost trolley and uses the sliding of the trolley to push the goods inward, and the stored goods will push the original goods inwards; when the goods are released from the warehouse, it mainly makes use of the slope of the shelf. When the outermost goods are removed from the trolley, the goods behind will move forward due to slope and gravity, and the trolley will overlap.
The warehouse of the whole project is about 800square meters, the height of the rack is 8.1m, the design requirement is 2-3 pallet depth, the total of more than 700 pallet positions, each weight of 1500kg, compared with directly stacking goods on the ground to waste the upper space, so improves the utilization of the warehouse.
