In the initial stage, it is necessary to use steel bars and concrete to build a rail base on the ground, with a height of 1 meter.Then, install mobile racking rails on the rail base and level the railheight to ensure it is level.Then, lay the insulation layer of the frozen warehouse, with a reserved distance of 10-15 centimeters from the surface of the rail.Finally, pour concrete to level the ground, making it level with the rail, and complete the civil construction of the frozen warehouse.

Deploy fixed line of mobile racking on both sides of the warehouse, with 11 columns of mobile racking in the middle, while leaving a 5-meter-wide forklift aisle.In order to maximize space utilization, the final cargo height of mobile racking reaches 13.3 meters, with the outermost rack hanging on the left side, resulting in a total of 5000 pallets in the warehouse.All mobile racking share one aisle,you can create a single access aisle that moves powered by an electric motor, granting access to various shelving bays as needed.The mobile racking can be moved in a single column or multiple columns.Botro also provides screen, manual, and remote control operation methods for workers to use conveniently.

No matter which aisle is opened, the opening time is fixed at around 40 seconds, and the mobile racking movement is not affected by load. The single column tonnage of this project has reached 426 tons, and the racks move steadily.Botro also provides a special equal division design for frozen warehouse. When the warehouse is not in use, the one click equal division mode can be activated, allowing all columns to be evenly distributed and leaving small gaps between rack columns, allow cold air to enter and increase the freezing area of the goods.

The main control cabinet adopts a constant temperature cabinet design on the outside to protect the internal electronic components from temperature stability in low temperature environments.Botro mobile racking has a complete safety protection system. The outer side of mobile racking area is detected by a light curtain. When the racking is moving, if someone or forklift enters, the racking will automatically stop. After the problem is eliminated, the alarm will be lifted and the forklift can enter the operation normally.
