Carton flow rack generally equipped with roller aluminum alloy and sheet metal and so on. The fluent strip forms an inclination, and the goods are placed at the high end. Due to the action of gravity, the goods will automatically slide down to the low end of the fluent strip, realizing first-in-first-out and one-time replenishment and multiple pick-ups. Flow racks have high storage efficiency and are suitable for short-term storage and picking of large quantities of goods. At the same time, it can also be equipped with electronic tags to realize easy management of goods. Commonly used sliding containers include turnover boxes, plastic boxes and cartons.

Features of carton flow rack

Rollers installed on the beams, and the beams are directly hung on the column. The installation inclination of the rollers depends on the size and weight of the container and the depth of the flow rack, usually 5%-9%. The bearing capacity of the rollers is 6kg/piece. When the goods are heavy, 3-4 rollers can be installed on one raceway. Usually, a supporting beam is installed every 0.6m in the depth direction to increase the stiffness of the fluent strip. When the raceway is long, the raceway can be separated by a separator. The pick-up end needs to install brake pads to slow down the goods and reduce the impact.

Flow racks are widely used in manual retrieval of small items, distribution centers, assembly workshops and warehouses with high shipping frequency. In addition, due to the high utilization rate of the storage space, it is also suitable for the storage of large quantities of similar goods, especially for auto parts factories.
