The AGV stacker transfers the goods in the waiting buffer zone to the designated storage location in the system. The system also notifies the mobile racking to open the corresponding aisle while issuing instructions to the AGV.The mobile racking instructions and AGV instructions can be synchronized. If there are other AGV stackers passing through the storage route on the transport channel, the avoidance system will be automatically activated to prioritize the completion of the storage operation.
AGV forklifts can accurately locate the assigned storage locations and place pallets into them. Different AGV forklifts are used to complete the outbound and inbound operations of goods to avoid command conflicts.
