VNA pallet racking

VNA pallet racking, as a kind of high dense racking, its advantage is that the aisle can be designed narrower than normal racking, so the space utilization rate will be very high. But limited to the aisle width, ordinary forklifts can't enter, only narrow aisle forklifts with three-way access are chosen. However, forklift is expensive, narrow aisle racking is more suitable for large area and high enough warehouse.

Today we are going to share a project on wujiang district, Suzhou city, a 4000㎡ warehouse, the whole project took only twenty days from design to production and final installation.

The total height of the VNA racking is about 7 meters, the width of the aisle is 1.65 meters, and the four to six layers are designed according to different needs. The loading capacity of box beam could be up to 2tons per level. At the same time, in order to prevent forklifts from colliding with the racking, we have designed thick safety barrier and column protector at the foot of columns.
