Building Time

VISTONY India received our self-support systems on April 2020, however at the end of 2019, the coronavirus appears in many countries, and until the virus mutates into delta strain all influenced the installation progress. So VISTONY India has finished clad-rack warehouse over a period of ten months.

Staging Area Next Door

A shorter, 6m tall building was constructed along with one of the sides of the warehouse and occupies a 212m2 surface area. There are two doors, one is material in, the other is material out.

This is a staging area and, as such, has been specially designed so that all operations are done in the most efficient manner.

Order Picking

The order will be picked by the VNA forklift. The aisle depth is 2.35m and column height is 13.5m, due to the column is high and aisle is narrow, so the VNA forklift will be a good option. The forklift does not turn around, the fork will turn around, and forklift has its own induction, without guide rail.
